Midnight - 7 AM  Heavy snow> Temps rising to 32. NE wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH>

7AM-1 PM: Heavy sleet and freezing rain. Temp 32.

1-PM-4 PM : Any mix changes to bac to snow before ending. Temps crash to 20.
