Rain has arrived this evening and will gradually mix with snow late at night as temps slowly fall. By Monday morning the precip will end first thing in the morning.. Temps should rise into the low 40's by the afternoon. Then Tuesday should be cold and windy.

Monday night: Mostly cloudy with lows in the mid 20's.
Tuesday: Sunny and windy. Highs in the upper 20's.
Wednesday: Sunny with highs in the upper 30's.
Thursday; Sunny with highs in the 40's.
Friday; Rain and wind likely. Highs in the 40's.
