First Night Timeline

Clouds will increase on Monday ahead of our next storm. The storm will bring mainly rain to the Boston area for New Year's Eve/ The heaviest rain seems to be right around midnight. But, it should end by the morning. The first day of 2019 will be warm and dry.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Clear with a low of 28.

Monday; Mostly sunny in the morning, then increasing clouds in the afternoon. High  43. SW wind of 10-20 MPH,

First Night Timeline:

6 PM: Cloudy with a temp of 40 SE wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH through the night.
8 PM: Rain arrives. Temps 38.

10 PM: Heavy rain .Temp 40.

Midnight: Happy New Year!; Rain with at temp of 42.

Rest of the night: Heavy rain with temps rising to 48.

New Year's Day' Sunny and windy. Highs in the mid 50's. NW wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH.

Wednesday; Sunny with highs in the mid 30's/

Thursday: A storm possible. Highs in the 30's .

Friday; The storm may continue. Highs in the 30's.
