I believe this winter will feature below normal temps and above normal snow. Snow should fall early and late in the Winter. Finally, March looks cold and Spring may be delayed.

Sunday; Rain in the morning, then scattered showers in the afternoon. High 47. North wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH.

Sunday night: Rain possible late. Lows in upper 30's.

Monday; Rain likely. Highs in the low 40's.

Tuesday; A mix of rain and snow. Highs in the 30's.

Wednesday; Clearing with highs in the 30's.
