A powerful nor'easter will hit the area on Wednesday. It will bring a mix of heavy rain, snow and wind. Boston appears to be right on the line between rain and snow making snow totals a difficult forecast. But, I am expecting at least a few inches in the city Wednesday afternoon and evening.
