Snow Update

Snow has started this evening and will continue overnight amounting to an inch or 2 in Boston. The snow will gradually end Tuesday morning. Skies should clear for Wednesday along with cold temps. Temps should warm a bit by Thursday leading to some rain showers.

Alerts :

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect south of Boston.

A Coastal Flood Warning is in effect for the South Shore, Cape and Islands



Boston forecast:

Tonight: Periods of snow. Low 25. NE wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH.

Tuesday: Snow showers in the morning, then mostly cloudy in the afternoon. High 30. NE wind of 15-25 MPH Total snow amounts of 1-2 inches likely in Boston.

Tuesday night: Clear with lows around 17.

Wednesday; Mostly sunny with highs in the low 30's.

Thursday: Rain showers likely. Highs around 40.

Friday; Some snow likely. Highs in the 30's.

  1. About 4" on my car when I cleaned it off today, and cop in the grocery store said he thought it was 6"!
