Storm Thursday

Wednesday will be similar to Tuesday with some sun and temps in the upper 40's. Then a storm will impact the area on Thursday. At this point it looks like mainly rain in Boston. However, NW of Boston it may start as snow and sleet. And some accumulation is likely in parts of Northern and Western New England.

 A Freeze Warning is in effect west of Boston for tonight.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Clear with lows near 37 in Boston and 28 in the suburbs.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny and cool. High 48. NW wind of 10-20 MPH.

Wednesday night: Increasing clouds with lows in the mid 30's.

Thursday: Cloudy in the morning, then rain that may mix with snow and sleet west of Boston.  Becoming windy with highs in the low 40's. Stay tuned!

Thursday night: Heavy rain and strong winds likely. Temps holding in the 40'.s

Friday: Showers likely.  Highs in the 50's.

Saturday: Showers possible. Highs in the 50's.

Sunday  More wet weather possible. Highs in the 40's .
