Rain Update

Another rainstorm is on the way as a storm tracks to our west. The rain will arrive tonight and last into the morning. The storm will also bring strong wind gusts to the area along with a small risk of a thunderstorm. Then temps will crash late day and another storm is possible by Friday.

Alerts:

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect west of Boston for tonight.

A Wind Advisory is in effect for parts of the coast.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Rain with isolated thunderstorms. Temps near 37 this evening will rise to 48 by dawn. South wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH.

Wednesday: Rain in the morning, then becoming mostly sunny. Windy with temps near 55 early will crash to 38 by 5 PM. SE wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 45 MPH changing to west.

Wednesday night: Clearing and windy. Lows around 20. NW wind of 15-52 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH.

Thursday: Sunny and cold. Highs in the mid 30's.

Friday: Some snow is likely. Highs in the low 30's. Stay tuned!

Saturday: Sunny with highs in the 30's.

Sunday: Some snow is possible. Highs in the 30's.
