SPECIAL: 2015 Year In Review

2015 was an eventful weather year. We had record record snowfall in the winter along with record cold. Then the Summer was warm and dry.  Fall was also mild and December was the warmest on record.

2015 Snow: Snowiest year on record with 99.4 inches during the calendar year

Feb 2015: Only 6 days above freezing- beats old record of 10 set in 1885!

Also Feb. 2015: 64.8 inches of snow during the month beats 41.6 inches in 2003

Also Feb: Highest temp during the month- 39 deg.- beats old record of 40.

Dec 2015: 20 days over 50- beats old record of 16 set in 1953

Warmest December on Record:  Average temp of 45 deg- smashed old record of 41 set in 2006!
