The next few days will be cold and quiet. Wednesday will feature a mix of sun and clouds and temps a few degrees warmer than today. Thursday and Friday will be similar with sun and temps nearing 30. Then a powerful storm will make a close pass to the area over the weekend. At this point some snow is likely, but the heaviest snow may fall to our south. Wednesday: A mix of sun and clouds and breezy. High 32. NW wind of 10-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH.

Thursday: Sunny with highs in the upper 20's.
Friday: Mostly sunny with highs around 30.
