Cooler Times

Skies will clear on Thursday and cooler air will gradually come into New England. Clouds will increase on Halloween, but it should stay dry for Trick or Treat time. Over the weekend a powerful storm will make a close pass to the area. At this point a grazing is likely with some rain and snow showers and strong winds. But, a closer track would bring more precip to the area.
