Hurricane Arthur now has winds of 100 MPH near the coast of North Carolina. It will turn NE and come very close to Nantucket as a minimal Hurricane on Friday night. The storm will bring heavy rains and gusty winds to the area. The strongest winds will be over the Cape and Islands, but some wind is possible in Boston. Although, the heavy rain will be the biggest issue. And, storm surge could bring big waves and dangerous surf.
