Arthur brought flooding rains and strong winds to the area on Friday night. That included a flood emergency in New Bedford as many streets were flooded. And Tropical Storm force winds hit the Cape and Islands. Now, Sunday will be another nice day with sunny skies and comfy temps. Early next week the heat and humidity will build back into the area.
