Storm Forecast

Clouds will increase on Tuesday and temps will rise into the 40's. Then a powerful storm will pass to our west and give us flooding rain and damaging winds Tuesday night into Wednesday. The height of the storm will be Wednesday morning, before tapering off late in the day. And, temps will rise into the 60's during the storm.

A High Wind Watch is in effect for the Boston area for Wednesday.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Mostly cloudy with temps rising to 30 by dawn.

Tuesday: Cloudy until 4 PM, then scattered rain showers. High 45. SW wind of 10-20 MPH.

Tuesday night: Scattered showers until 7 PM, then rain. Temps rising to near 50 by dawn. South winds of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH late.

Wednesday: Heavy rain. Very windy with highs in the low 60's. South winds of 25-35 MPH with gusts to 60 MPH. Total rainfall of 1-3 inches expected.


Wednesday night: Rain ending and gradual clearing. Lows in the low 30's, Wind changing to NW at 15-25 MPH.

Thanksgiving Day: Sunny and cold. Highs in the low 30's

Black Friday: Sunny with highs in the mid 30's.
