The cold front set off showers and storms over the last 24 hours, now clearing will come into the area for the weekend. And, temps will hold near 70 during the day. Then, a front may set off some more showers by Monday.
Boston forecast:
Tonight: Partly to mostly cloudy. Low 50. NW wind of 10-20 MPH.
Saturday: A mix of sun and clouds. High 70. NW wind of 10-20 MPH.
Saturday night: Clear with lows near 50.
Sunday: Sunny with highs in the low 70's,
Monday: Showers possible. Highs near 70.
Tuesday: Clearing with highs in the 60's.
Tropics: Gabrielle has degenerated into a regular low well east of New England and will bring heavy rains to Nova Scotia. And, TS Ingrid has formed in the southern Gulf of Mexico and will make landfall in Mexico in a few days.
