Heat Advisory

The heat and humidity will increase over the next couple of days. On Wednesday a weak sea breeze may develop keeping it cooler at the beaches. On Thursday on Friday there will be no onshore wind, meaning temps will soar well into the 90's.

A Heat Advisory is in effect for the Boston area for Wednesday afternoon.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Partly cloudy and muggy. Low 73.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny and hot. High 93. NE wind of 10-20 MPH. Heat index as high as 102 in the afternoon.

Wednesday night: Partly cloudy with lows in the mid 70's.

Thursday: Hazy until 3 PM, then isolated thunderstorms. Humid with highs in the mid 90's.

Friday: Sunny until 3 PM, then scattered severe thunderstorms. Highs in the upper 90's.

Saturday: Partly sunny with severe storms likely in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 90's.

Sunday: Sunny and nice. Less humid with highs in the 80's.
