Thursday will be the calm before the storm with temps holding in the 20's. Thursday night will also be dry. Then a powerful storm will come up the coast and hammer New England and Boston with an epic blizzard. Snow rates may reach 2 or 3 inches per hour during the height of the storm Friday night. Also strong winds out of the NE will lead to whiteout conditions for several hours. The wind off the water will also cause major coastal flooding during the time of high tide. I highly suggest to stay off the roads starting Friday afternoon.
