Snow Saturday

A front will cross the area tonight leading to a very cold Friday. Then, a warm front will approach from the West leading to some snow showers Saturday morning. It should switch to rain showers by afternoon, but there could be a coating of snow before the changeover. Sunday will be much warmer with highs well into the 50's.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Increasing clouds with a flurry possible. Low 27.

Friday: Mostly sunny in the morning, then mostly cloudy in the afternoon. High 34. North wind of 10-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH

Friday night: Cloudy with snow showers around. Lows in the mid 20's.

Saturday: Snow showers in the morning, then rain showers in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 30's. Snow may coat the ground in some areas.

Sunday: Partly sunny and warmer. Highs in the mid 50's.

US Weather: A major storm is hitting the west coast with a foot of rain possible in some areas. And, there could be feet of snow in the mts.
