Record Heat

Temps will soar to near 100 on Tuesday under hazy sunshine. On Wednesday a sharp cold front will come thru with some thunderstorms, however due to the timing I am not expected a severe weather outbreak. Thursday will begin the drying out along with cooler temps.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Partly cloudy and muggy. Low 72.

Tuesday: Hazy, hot and humid. High 98. SW wind of 10-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH.

Tuesday night: Partly cloudy with lows in the mid 70's.

Wednesday: Partly sunny in the morning, then scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs around 90.

Thursday: Increasing sunshine and lowering humidity. Highs in the mid 80's.

Friday: Sunny and nice. Highs around 80.

US Weather:  Last Thursday in Death Valley the warmest low temp ever recorded was tied with a temp of 107. Also, the average temp of 117.5 is the warmest on record.
