Quiet Times

High pressure will continue to dominate the weather over the next several days. Only on Wednesday with a weak front crossing is there a chance of a shower. That is leading to an elevated brush fire threat throughout the area. As, we are about 6 inches below normal in precip since the start of the year.

Alerts: A Red Flag Warning is in effect for the Boston area for Tuesday.

Boston Forecast:

Tonight: Clear and chilly. Lows near 34 in Boston, 32 in JP and 25 in the suburbs.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny and warm. High 57. NW wind of 10-20 MPH.

Tuesday night: Mostly cloudy with a shower possible. Lows around 40.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with a shower or 2 possible. Highs in the mid 50's.

Thursday: Sunny with highs in the low 50's.

Friday: Sunny with highs in the mid 50's.
