Flood Watch

The rain should arrive during the afternoon hours on Sunday and last thru Monday morning. The height of the storm will be Sunday night with downpours and strong winds. A few inches of rain is likely, leading to some minor street flooding. But, it should help out with the drought. However, I don't think the game at 8 PM  will be completed.

Alerts: A Flood Watch is in effect for the area.

Boston Forecast:

Tonight: Increasing clouds with isolated showers. Low 55.

Sunday: Scattered showers in the morning, then showers in the afternoon. Temps near 55 in the morning will fall to 48 by 7 PM. NE wind of 10-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH.

Sunday night: Heavy rain.  Windy with Lows in the mid 40's. NE wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH. 1-2 inches of  additional rain expected.

Monday: Heavy rain until 10 AM, then mostly cloudy. Highs around 60. Total rainfall of 2-3 inches expected. NE wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH.

US Weather: The same storm that will give us the rain will dump 6 inches or more of SNOW in Western NY and PA!
