A backdoor coldfront will come down from the north on Wednesday and then stall to our south. That allows cooler air will come into the area for the next few days. Temps near 60 midday on Wednesday will fall into the 40's by the evening. Temps will hold in the 40's thru Friday, before rebounding for St. Patricks Day weekend.
Boston forecast:
Tonight: Partly cloudy with a passing shower. Low of 50.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny in the morning, then mostly cloudy in the afternoon. Temps near 60 at noon will fall to 45 by 6 PM. Wind shifting to NE at 10-20 MPH.
Wednesday night: Mostly cloudy with lows around 40.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy with highs in the upper 40's.
Friday: I come home for Spring break! Low clouds and fog with highs in the mid 40's.
St. Patricks Day: Clearing with highs in the 50's.
Sunday: I leave for Europe! Sunny with highs in the mid 60's.
