Tropical Storm Sean has formed today about 400 miles SW of Bermuda. While the core of the storm will stay out to sea, some moisture will be drawn northward into New England on Thursday. This will lead to periods of heavy rain. Other than that, the weather pattern will remain quiet with temps going up and down.
