A sharp cold front will come thru the area on Thursday leading to showers and a dramatic temp drop. Behind the front the sun will shine brightly all weekend long as temps drop to fall like levels. Frost is likely here in Northern New England as well as sheltered valleys in MA-well away from Boston.

Tonight: Partly cloudy with a low of 65.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy in the morning, then showers with scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon. Temps around 80 at noon will fall to 62 by 7 PM. SW wind of 10-20 MPH, then shifting to NW and increasing to 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH.
Thursday night: Showers until 9 PM, then clearing. Windy and much cooler with lows in the mid 40's! NW wind of 15-20 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH.
Friday: After a chilly start temps slowly warm to the low 60's by the afternoon under bright blue skies. Breezy with a NW wind of 10-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH.
Friday night: Clear and cold. Lows in the mid 40's in Boston and 30's possible in some of the cooler suburbs. Frost is likely in Northern and Western New England.
Saturday: Bright blue skies with highs in the mid 60's .
Sunday: Mostly sunny with highs in the upper 60's.
Tropics: A Hurricane Watch has been issued for Bermuda as Maria will pass west of the island on Thursday. It may graze SE Newfoundland on its way out to sea-100's miles east of New England.
