Wake up the earth showers

Friday will be a great day with sunny skies and with a SW wind temps will rise to near 70. Unfortunately, a weak low pressure system will effect the area on Saturday with showers in the afternoon. Mother's day looks OK with a shower possible, but it will be cooler. Early next week a coastal storm is possible-maybe leading to more cool and cloudy days.

Boston, MA forecast:

Tonight: Showers this evening will fade to clear skies overnight. Cold with lows near 43 in Boston, 40 in JP and 35 in the suburbs. Patchy frost is possible away from the city.

Friday: A great spring day with sunny skies and high of 70. SW wind of 15-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH.

Friday night: Increasing clouds with a shower possible. Lows in the low 50's.

Saturday: Wake up the earth in JP! Partly sunny until 2 PM, then showers. Highs in the mid 60's.

Mother's Day: Partly to mostly cloudy with a brief shower possible. Highs around 60.

Monday: Watching a coastal storm. Highs around 60.
