The rain has moved on from the Boston area, and even up here at PSU the rain has ended. Now, the sun will come out tomorrow afternoon and last through the holiday weekend. A weak cool front with no rain will come through on Friday night, providing us with a cooler Saturday. After a frosty start on Sunday morning, temps will rebound nicely back into the 60's with sunny skies.

Tropics: Tropical Storm Otto has formed with winds of 60 MPH near Puerto Rico. The storm will turn NE tomorrow and head out to sea.
