One last day

A cool front will come through the area tomorrow bringing a risk of a shower or thunderstorm. However, I expect a better chance of rain up here at PSU than in Boston. Then, cooler air comes in for the end of the week. Although clouds may dominate the picture, it won't be too hot. The cool weather will stick around through the upcoming weekend.

Boston, MA forecast:

Tonight: Increasing clouds and humid with lows around 67.

Wednesday: Scattered showers and thunderstorms in the morning, then sunny in the afternoon. Breezy with a high of 84. West wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH. For all who are returning to Boston schools, have a great first day!

Wednesday night: Clear, with lows in the 50's.

Thursday: Sunny until 11 Am, then mostly cloudy with a pop up shower possible. Highs in the low 70's.

Friday: Partly sunny. Highs in the mid 70's.

Saturday: The pick of the week with sunny skies and highs in the upper 70's.

Sunday: Increasing clouds with rain possible by afternoon. Highs in the mid 70's.

Tropics: Tropical Storm Hermine continues to dump heavy rain in south Texas. Wind gusts over 70 MPH were reported in the Brownsville area. Otherwise, the Atlantic is quiet.
