A cold front will quickly come through the area on Thursday bringing us showers and storms during the middle of the day. However, I don't expect severe storms, even though there may be some showers that bring thunder and lightning. Skies should clear out in the time for the Sox game I am going to at 7 PM. Then Friday will be mainly sunny with highs near 70. Then another front will come through with showers on Saturday, before cooler air will come in for Mother's day.
