A nice Thursday

Today turned nice and sunny this afternoon with windy conditions. Tomorrow will be a nice day with sunny skies for most of the day and temps near 60. Then, a sharp cold front will come through with rain showers overnight Thursday night possibly changing to snow showers Friday morning. Not much accumulation is expected because temps will be above freezing. Friday night will be the coldest we have had in a while with lows in the teens and Saturday will be bright, but chilly.

Boston, MA forecast: 

Tonight: Clear and breezy. Lows near 39 Downtown, 37 in JP and 34 west of 128. NW wind of 10-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH this evening, decreasing to 20 MPH after midnight.

Thursday: Sunny until 2 PM, then cloudy. Breezy with highs around 60. SW wind of 10-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH.

Thursday night: Cloudy until 10 PM, then rain. Becoming windy with lows in the mid 30's by dawn. NW wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH. 

Friday: A period of wet snow is possible before 9 AM, then clearing and cold. Temps falling to 34 by 5 PM and wind chills in the 20's all day. No snow accumulation is expected. 

Friday night: Clear and very cold. Lows in the teens to near 20. 

Saturday: Sunny, but chilly. Highs in the low to mid 40's. 

Sunday: Sunny in the morning, then increasing clouds in the afternoon. Warmer with highs in the low to mid 50's. 

Monday: Another powerful nor'easter is likely with heavy rain and strong winds. Temps in the 40's.
