It now appears that we will need to scale the snow totals down a bit, especially in Boston. Temps rose above 40 this afternoon, and it is still 38 at Logan as of 9 PM. Cold air should come down from the north after Midnight, changing the rain to snow everywhere except extreme SE mass. The snow should come to an end around 10 AM.
Revised amounts (inches): Could be less if temps don't drop as quickly as expected.
1-3: A line from Hull to Providence. Including Taunton, Marshfield, and Brockton.
3-6: A line from the immediate Boston along the pike to South of Worcester. Around 4 in JP. Including Norwood, Walpole, Foxborough, Medford.
6-10: North and west of 128. Most areas will come in around 8 inches. Including Bedford, Lowell, Worcester, Topsfield.
Another update in the morning.
