The quiet stretch continues

The period of quiet and cold weather will continue for the next couple of days, before a warming trend by the end of the week.  

Lows this morning: 

Norwood: -3 
Bedford: -2 
Taunton: 1
JP: 8 
Boston: 11 

Boston, MA forecast: 

Tonight: Clear and frigid. Lows near 14 in Boston and 11 in JP and near 0 in the suburbs. Little or no wind. 

Monday: Sunny in the morning, then increasing clouds. Temps recovering a bit with a high of 34. West wind around 5 MPH. 

Monday night: Becoming cloudy with a chance of snow showers after midnight. Lows around 20. 

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy in the morning with a chance of a snow shower, then partial clearing. Still cold, high 32. 

Wednesday:  Partly to mostly sunny, high 35. 

Thursday: Finally the cold retreats a bit! Partly sunny, highs in the mid 40's. 

Friday: Partly sunny, highs in the low 40's. 

Some low temps from the south this morning: A lot of records were broken.
