Before the storm reached New England the storm wreaked havoc over the rest of the East Coast. This nor'easter caused thousands of accidents, power outages and stranded people on roadways.

Mastic, NY: 27.5 (on Long Island)
Fall River, MA: 25.2
Bethesda, MD: 24
Philly: 23.2 (second highest total ever!)
Baltimore: 20
Washington DC: 16.5
New York: 14.5
