It now appears that most of the rain on Friday will pass south of Boston allowing temps to rise a bit more than expected. As the sun should return in the afternoon after a murky start. Saturday will be dry before a small chance for a shower on Mother's Day.

Friday: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers in the morning, then partly sunny in the afternoon. Highs near 52 in Boston and 60 inland. NE wind of 15-25 MPH.
Friday night: Mostly cloudy and chilly. Lows in the low 40's.
Saturday; Partly sunny with highs in the mid 50's.
Saturday night: :Partly cloudy with lows around 40.
Mother's Day: A shower possible in the morning, then partly sunny. Highs in the upper 50's.
Monday: Sunny with highs in the 70's.
