Wild Weather

 Wild weather is in store over the next several days. After a tranquil Thursday Friday will feature wild winds and a light mix of rain and snow with little accumulation. Behind the storm it will turn much colder and remain windy. Before  a very powerful storm arrives by late Sunday into Monday. 

Alert; 

A High Wind Watch is in effect for the South Shore ,Cape and Islands 

Boston forecast; 

Tonight ;Variable clouds with a low of 28. 

Thursday;; Partly to mostly cloudy with a high of 45. SW wind of 10 -20 MPH. 

Thursday night; Increasing clouds with lows around 30. North wind of 15-25 MPH. 

Friday; A light mix of snow and rain. Windy with temps in the upper 30; falling to near 30 late day. North wind increasing to 20-30 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH. Snow may coat the ground in some areas. 

Friday night: Very windy with clearing. Lows around 0. Wind chill values as low as 20 BELOW late. 

Saturday; Sunny and windy. High around 15. Wind chill values as low as 25 BELOW early. 

Sunday into Monday; A very significant storm likely. Highs in the 30's. Stay tuned!
