A powerful storm will bring rain and damaging winds to the area tonight. The wind will remain damaging on Monday but it will be dry. Tuesday looks good before more rain for midweek.

Tonight: Rain with scattered thunderstorms. Low 43. West wind increasing to 25-35 MPH with gusts to 60 MPH.

Monday: Sunny and very windy. High 50. West wind of 25-35 MPH with gusts to 60 MPH. 

Monday night: Clear and cold. Lows in the low 30's. NW wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH. 

Tuesday; Sunny with highs in the upper 50's. 

Wednesday; Showers possible late. Highs in the mid 50's .

Thursday: Opening Day for the Red Sox at Fenway. Rain possible early. Highs in the 40'.s 

Friday; Sunny with highs in the 30's.
