A warm front will lead to a warm Thursday along with mostly cloudy skies. Low pressure will then bring heavy rain to the area on Friday leading to localized flooding. Then a second area of low pressure will bring more rain on Saturday. However, as colder air comes into the area rain may change to freezing rain before ending Saturday afternoon.

A Flood Watch is in effect for all of MA from Friday morning through Saturday afternoon.

Tonight: Increasing clouds with temps rising to 37 by dawn. SW wind of 10-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy and warm. High 52. SW wind of 15-25 MPH.
Thursday night: Cloudy with scattered rain late. Temps holding in the mid 40's.
Friday: Heavy rain. Highs in the upper 50's. SW wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH.'
Friday night: Heavy rain. Lows in the upper 40's.
Saturday: Rain in the morning, then rain possibly changing to freezing rain in the afternoon. Temps near 50 in the morning will fall to near 30 by the end of the day.
Saturday night: Any ice comes to an end early. Lows around 20.
Sunday: Mostly sunny with highs around 30.
MLK Day; Some snow possible. Highs in the 20's.
