The Week Ahead

Monday and Tuesday will be very warm and humid along with sunny skies. A front will bring scattered showers on Wednesday into Thursday. That front will help push Hurricane Maria out to sea after making a close pass to North Carolina.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Clear with areas of fog. Low 67.

Monday: Mostly sunny and humid. Highs near 80 in Boston and 88 inland. East wind of 10-15 MPH.

Monday night :Clear with lows in the mid 60's.

Tuesday; Sunny with highs in the mid 80'.s

Wednesday: Scattered showers. Highs around 80.

Thursday: Showers likely. Highs in the 70's.

Friday:  Sunny with highs in the 60's .

Tropics; Hurricane Maria will make a close pass to the outer banks of North Carolina by Wednesday before turning east and out to sea.
