Hurricane Matthew

Major Hurricane Matthew now has winds of 160 MPH in the Caribbean!  That makes it a Category 5 Hurricane- the highest on the scale. The latest track sends near Jamaica this weekend as a major Hurricane. And it will then approach the Bahamas by early next week. It may threaten the East coast after that-but it is a little to early to know what the final track will be. Meanwhile, rain will continue during the day on Saturday. Some showers will linger into Sunday.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Showers. Near steady temps around 57. NE wind of 15-25 MPH.

Saturday: Showers. Windy with near steady temps around 58. NE wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH.

Saturday night: Showers. Lows in the mid 50's.

Sunday: Scattered showers. Highs in the low 60's .

Monday: Some sun is possible. Highs in the mid 60's.
