High Wind Warning

Strong to damaging winds will continue for the rest of the day along with warm temps. A front will bring showers and wind on Friday. Saturday will be dry during the day, but rain and snow is likely at night. The snow will end early Sunday, but it will be cold and windy. And more snow is possible early next week.

A High Wind Warning is now in effect for Boston and points SE.

Boston forecast:

Today; Mostly sunny and very windy. High 72. SW wind of 25-45 MPH with gusts to 60 MPH.

Tonight:Scattered showers late. Low 58. SW wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH.

Friday: Showers with downpours. Highs in the upper 60's. SW wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH.

Saturday: Partly sunny with highs in the low 50's.

Saturday night: Rain and snow showers likely. Lows in the low 30's.

Sunday: Snow ends early, then partly sunny and windy. Highs in the upper 30's.

Monday: Precip arriving late. Highs in the mid 30's. Precip continues overnight. Stay tuned!

Tuesday: Some snow likely. Temps holding in the low 30's.
