Snow should arrive by mid afternoon in the Boston area and continue through the night. At this point it still looks like that the heaviest snow will stay south of Boston and that is where the most snow will fall. However, just a slight jog to the north could change snow totals. And winds will also become strong as well.
Alerts:
A Blizzard Warning is in effect for Martha's Vineyard for the storm
A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for the South Shore.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect just SW of Boston.
A High Wind Warning is in effect for the Cape and Islands.
