Wet And Wild

A powerful storm will hit the area on Christmas Eve into Christmas day. It will bring heavy rain, gusty winds and even a chance of a thunderstorms. And temps will rise close to 60 by Christmas morning. It will clear out behind the storm, but temps will remain mild.

Boston forecast:


Tonight: Scattered showers with mist, drizzle and fog. Near steady temps around 43. NE wind of 10-20 MPH


Wednesday: Showers with mist and drizzle and fog in the morning, then rain in the afternoon. High 53. SE wind of 10-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH.

Christmas Eve: Periods of rain in the evening, then showers with scattered thunderstorms after midnight. Temps rising to near 60. SE wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH.


Christmas Day: Merry Christmas everyone! Rain showers early, then partial clearing. Temps in the low 60's in the morning, then temps falling into the 50's. West wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH.


Friday: Mostly sunny with highs around 50.


Saturday: Sunny with highs in the 50's.


Sunday: Increasing clouds with highs in the 50's.
