Strong winds today added to the chill as temps stayed in the 20's and tonight will dip into the teens. A bit of a recovery on Monday as temps rise into the 30's with less wind. Temps on Tuesday will reach the 40's and rain will arrive overnight as the powerful storm arrives. The rain and wind will last into Wednesday
