A powerful storm will come into the area on Wednesday leading to heavy rain. It may begin with a mix with wet snowflakes, but it won't amount to anything. Winds will gust out of the east pushing the rain/snow line all the way to southern NH. Scattered rain showers will last thru Thursday as the storm hangs around.

A Coastal Flood Advisory is in effect for the coast-including Boston.

Tonight: Increasing clouds this evening, then rain possibly mixed with wet snow. Near steady temps around 35. East wind of 10-20 MPH. No snow accumulation.
Wednesday: Heavy rain. Windy with a high of 40. East wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH.
Wednesday night: Rain tapers to scattered rain showers. Lows in the upper 30's.
Thursday: Scattered rain showers continue. Highs in the low 40's.
Friday: Partial clearing with highs near 40.
Saturday: Clearing with highs near 40.
Sunday: Dry with highs near 40.
