Some intense thunderstorms came thru the area this afternoon. In fact at one point there was a brief tornado warning just north of Boston-in the Lynn area. Although there has been no official report of a tornado yet, there was a funnel cloud spotted. Also, there were many reports of severe hail along with major road flooding. Now, comfy air will finally come into the area for the next few days.
Boston forecast:
Tonight: Any storms fade to partial clearing. Low 67.
Thursday: Early clouds give way to sunshine. Less humid with a high of 83. NW wind of 10-15 MPH.
Thursday night: Clear with lows around 60.
Friday: Partly sunny and cooler. Highs in the upper 70's.
Saturday: Sunny with highs in the low 80's.
Sunday: Sunny with highs in the 80's.
