Trick Or Treat Timeline

 Halloween will not be as bad as I once feared for trick or treating. As clouds will increase during the evening but it will remain dry. And it will be relatively mild for this time of year. After Halloween a few showers are possible on Tuesday and it will clear out for the middle and end of the week.

Halloween; Increasing clouds with a high of 63. SE wind of 10-20 MPH.

4 PM: Mostly cloudy with a temp of 62. South wind of 10-20 MPH through the evening 

6 PM: Cloudy with a temp of 60.

8 PM: Cloudy with  temp of 58.

Frost Advisory

 A Frost Advisory has been posted for the City of  Boston for the first time this season. High Pressure will remain in control on Sunday leading to another nice day. And it now appears that Halloween will mostly dry.

Dense Fog Advisory

 Dense fog will continue to impact the area overnight and into Wednesday. And an area of low pressure will bring showers to the area on Wednesday as well. Then, skies will clear for Thursday leading to a great fall day.

 An area of low pressure will bring scattered rain to the area tonight through Monday.  Tuesday will also be damp before we watch a possible tropical system by Wednesday. It will clear out for the end of the week.

 A great Fall weekend is in store with sunny skies, light winds and warm temps. The next front brings rain by Monday. It will cool down behind the front.

Storm Update

 A storm will form off the Carolina coast and come up and hit New England with heavy rain and damaging winds tonight through Friday morning. Rain will fall heavily at times through Friday morning. And it now appears  that the height of the wind will be Friday morning-right during the commute. Flooding is also likely as many inches of rain are expected. It should clear out for the weekend.

The rain will arrive by late in the day on Thursday and fall heavily through Friday morning. And the height of the wind will be overnight Thursday night.

 Tuesday and Wednesday will be nice fall days with sunny skies and above average temps. Then a powerful cold front will bring downpours and gusty winds winds to the area Thursday afternoon into Friday morning.

 Friday will be a great fall day with sunny skies and warm temps. A cold front will then come through on Friday night leading to a cooler Holiday weekend. Temps will fall into the 30's at night and reach only near 60 during the day with full sunshine.

 Skies will finally clear by the afternoon on Thursday along with temps in the 70's. Friday will also be great before a cold front arrives .Cooler air will come into the area for the long Holiday weekend.
