Ice Update

The storm today brought thunders sleet to the area this evening and sleet will continue to mix with rain over the next few hours. However, as warm air comes in from the south it should change to all rain. Tuesday will feature rain in the morning, then partial clearing in the afternoon. Temps for First Night will be in the upper 30's along with a passing snow shower.

Snow will continue overnight into tomorrow morning. However, it is unclear exactly how much snow will fall. A slight shift in the track could make the difference between 2 inches and 9 inches. I am learning towards 3 to 6 inches in Boston.

10 Years

I started my blog 10 years ago today and I plan on writing as often as I can. Over the past ten years we have had tropical storms, blizzards and tornadoes. Tornadoes on the Cape. 2 EF1 tornadoes occurred on the Cape on Tuesday with winds of 110 MPH causing major damage.

A strong EF1 tornado hit parts of the Cape today causing major damage over a wind area. Now, the sun will return on Wednesday along with temps in the upper 70's. It will remain sunny along with rising temps through the end of the week.
