Storm Forecast

A powerful storm will bring heavy rains and damaging winds to the area on Sunday night. During the day on Sunday clouds and wind will increase along with a chance of a shower. On Sunday night winds may gust over 60 MPH along with a couple of inches of rain. The storm will quickly move away on Monday but it will still be windy.

 A High Wind Warning is in effect for the Boston area for Sunday night

A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for all of MA.

A  Storm Warning is in effect for the ocean.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Increasing clouds with a low of 58.

Sunday: Scattered showers and increasingly windy. High 67. SE wind increasing to 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH.

Sunday night: Heavy rain and damaging winds. Lows in the mid 60's. SE wind of 30-40 MPH with gusts to 65 MPH. Total rain amounts of 1-3 inches.

Monday: Scattered showers and windy. Temps holding in the mid 60's. West wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH.
