The Week Ahead

Hurricane Irma has made landfall in SW Florida today with heavy rains, damaging winds and storm surge. Now the storm will track through the SE bringing heavy rains. Here in New England the weather will remain nice through most of the week.

Boston forecast;

Tonight: Clear with a low of 52.

Monday: Mostly sunny with a high of 80. NW wind of 10-20 MPH.

Monday night: Clear with lows in the upper 50's.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny with highs in the mid 80's.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny with highs in the 80's.

Thursday: Partly sunny with highs in the 80's.

Friday; The remains of Irma may impact the area with showers. Highs in the 70's.

Tropics: We will also need to watch the future track of Hurricane Jose.

  1. Working to figure out if streets and houses in Naples are flooded. There's no power, electricity, or phone service and apparently still raining.
