Warmer Days
A storm will bring rain and gusty winds to the area tonight into first thing Wednesday morning. As skies clear on Wednesday temps will rise into the low 50's. Thursday will be very warm as well before a cold front comes through on Friday.

Storm Update
The storm hit the area with heavy snow and gusty winds. Now the snow will taper off from west to east around midnight. But not after several inches of snow has fallen. Blowing and drifting snow will continue over the next several hours.

Nor'easter Forecast
It now appears that a major snowstorm is on the way for Saturday. As a powerful nor'easter hits the area. Ocean effect snow will arrive by mid morning in the Boston area. Steady snow should arrive around midday and last through the afternoon and evening. And gusty winds will lead to blizzard type conditions at times in Boston. And Blizzard conditions are expected on the South Shore and Cape.
