Damp Weekend
Low pressure will ride along a front stalled across the area leading to a rainy Friday. Over the weekend a weak low pressure to the west. That will lead to low clouds along with a few showers, but I am not calling for a washout weekend.

First Full Week of Fall
More clouds will gather on Monday and it will be cooler. Tuesday will rebound into the 70's, and Wednesday will be the only day with a chance for wet weather during the week. It will be cool again late week.

Happy Fall!
Fall begins on Saturday at 1049 AM! The first weekend of fall will be warmer than the past few days with highs mainly in the 70's. However, there will be a threat for a shower overnight Saturday night and early Sunday. But, the sun will come out during the day on Sunday.

Tracking Leslie
Hurricane Leslie now has winds of 75 MPH, making it a Cat 1 Hurricane. The latest track has the storm making a very close pass to Bermuda this weekend as a major Hurricane. Then, the latest track sends Leslie well east of New England on Monday-making landfall in Atlantic Canada. Stay tuned for any changes in the track over the next few days.
As for the next few days, it will dry out over the next few days before a cool front brings rains over the weekend.

The remains of Isaac will continue to deliver showers and storms tonight and Wednesday. Thursday should start to dry out and temps will be warmer. Friday will also be dry with warm temps. Then, we will watch the track of Leslie over the weekend. At this point out to sea-but a close call.

Hi from Plymouth State
I have arrived here at Plymouth State in Plymouth, NH for my 3rd year of college. I am planning to continue to write as often as I can this fall and beyond. As for the weather, the remains of Isaac will come into New England over the next couple of days leading to showers and downpours. The heaviest rain will fall Tuesday night thru Wednesday. And, we will also watch the path of eventual Hurricane Leslie this weekend-stay tuned throughout the week!

Tuesday: Cloudy with scattered showers. High 73. SE wind of 10-20 MPH.
Tuesday night: Showers becoming more widespread. Lows in the mid 60's. SE wind of 10-20 MPH.
Wednesday: Showers with downpours. Highs in the mid 70's.

Forecast Update
Another nice day is in store for most of the area on Sunday, but a spot shower can't be ruled out in Northern and Western New England. For my return to College it will be dry and temps will be in the 70's.
New England forecast:
Tonight: Partly cloudy with a low of 60.
Sunday: Mostly sunny with a shower possible in Northern and Western New England. High 70 at the beaches and 77 inland. NE wind of 10-20 MPH.
Sunday night: Clear with lows mainly in the 50's.
Labor Day : I return to College! Sunny with highs in the 70's.
Tuesday: Rain possible. Highs in the 70's.
Note: Last night was the blue moon-the second full moon of the month.
